Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common condition where a man has difficulty getting or maintaining an erection firm enough for sexual activity. It can be linked to stress, anxiety, tiredness, lifestyle factors, or reduced blood flow. ED is very common and nothing to be embarrassed about. With the right treatment, many men are able to regain confidence and enjoy a satisfying sex life. Vardenafil tablets are used to treat erectile dysfunction by helping improve blood flow to the penis. This makes it easier to achieve and maintain an erection when sexually aroused. Vardenafil is known for its reliable, consistent effect, and for many men it takes effect within 30–60 minutes. It does not cause an erection on its own — sexual stimulation is still required. Take one tablet before sexual activity, as directed by your healthcare professional. Vardenafil can be taken with or without food, though heavy meals may delay its onset. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. Always follow the instructions provided with your prescription.
