During sexual stimulation nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis which activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase. This enzyme increases levels of a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and allows blood to fill the spongy erectile tissues to cause an erection. Another enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) breaks down cGMP preventing blood flow into the penis, which causes loss of an erection.

What are Benefits of Kamagra Oral Jelly Vol, 1?

Take sildenafil as often as you should; if you are unsure whether the 100mg dose of the sachet is suitable for you, especially if you have heart conditions or are on blood pressure medication or nitrate-based medication, consult a medical practitioner before consuming the drug in any form. If you prefer, I can also slightly revise the “quick action” and “benefits for those who don’t like tablets” lines to sound more clinical and less promotional while keeping them helpful. Here’s a brief, practical way people typically take sildenafil oral jelly 100 mg sachets (always follow your clinician/label directions): Fold/squeeze the sachet, tear the edge, and consume the jelly directly from the sachet. Because it comes in flavors, many people find it easier to take than tablets. It’s also easy to carry (single-use sachets).

Safety Tips

The currently described indications for using sildenafil 100mg oral jelly in treating erectile dysfunction include taking it 1 hour before intercourse, with an effective range of 30 minutes to 4 hours before intercourse. Except with the medical advice of a specialist, it should only be taken once every 24 hours. People often look for “quick action.” In real life, onset varies by person and situation. Many sources note the common timing window above (30 minutes to 4 hours), and that high-fat meals can delay effects. People may have a desire for "quick action." In real life, it doesn't work that way. Kamagra 100mg tablets do not work if you are not aroused. Kamagra 100mg tablets contain sildenafil which resolves erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men, by increasing blood flow into the penis. Kamagra 100mg tablets contain sildenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, used to treat erectile dysfunction in men (impotence).

How to Consume the Jelly

First of all jellies have fruit flavor. To consume Kamagra Jelly simply squeeze out the sachet content into a spoon and swallow or into water and drink as a fruity drink. Second benefit – it starts working much faster. Usually in 15-20 minutes men is ready for the sexual intercourse. This happens because sildenafil already dissolved in a jelly and thus faster reaches the blood. When taken before planned sexual activity, Kamagra 100mg tablets inhibit the breakdown (by the enzyme PDE5) of a chemical called cGMP, produced in the erectile tissue of the penis during sexual arousal, and this action allows blood flow into the penis causing an erection.

When to Avoid Kamagra Oral Jelly

Sildenafil is a member of a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. To explain it simply, sildenafil helps improve the flow of blood that is required for an erection, and it does so with sexual stimulation. It does not “create” that kind of excitement. You may see the figure "100 mg" on the sachet of oral jelly. This means this is the amount of active ingredient contained in each sachet.

It does not imply that this one is any "better" than the rest or any "stronger" than the others, simply based upon this measure. The amount of active ingredient needed can vary from one person to another based upon their health, other medicines they might be taking, and how this medicine affects their system. In clinical practice, a lower dose form may be used, and the dose increased only if necessary. Increasing the dose of the drug above the appropriate amount increases the risk of potential side effects such as headaches, flushing, dizziness, or indigestion. Always read and adhere to the guidelines issued both by the prescriber and the packaging of the drug. Kamagra 100mg tablet are generally well tolerated but it is always possible that you may experience side effects.
